7 Things I'd Tell My 180kg Self

150 days ago I filmed a shaky "Day 1" video and posted it. I haven't stopped since. Here's everything I learned losing weight on carnivore, one post at a time, and how you can start your own Day 1 today.

The method

The Daily Documentation
Accountability Loop

Diets fail in private. This one runs in public. Four steps, every day, until it's just who you are.

01

Document & Post

Film 20 seconds. "Day 12. Here's what I ate." No editing. Hit post.

02

Show Up Daily

Same time, every day. The post is the promise you keep.

03

Stay Accountable

Your followers and the club are watching the day count. Skipping gets noticed.

04

Keep Going

Every post makes the next one easier. Day 5 is momentum. Day 30 is identity.

Stuck in the
Disappointment Loop?

Crave. Crack. Regret. Hide. Repeat. I lived in that loop for years. This free mini book shows you how it traps you, and the 4-step loop I used to escape it from Day 1 to Day 150.

  • Why the Disappointment Loop only works in private
  • The 20 second video formula (and your Day 1 script)
  • What to do the day you crack, so it doesn't become a week
  • Your first 7 days of posts, planned for you
  • 10 hooks you can steal for your videos

What I'd tell
my 180kg self

01
Accountability

Post every single day. It's the strongest accountability there is.

Forget GLP-1s. The most underrated weight loss tool on earth right now is social media accountability. Without it I would have cheated and quit. Simple as that.

You don't need to become an influencer. You just need to become accountable. Day 1, Day 2, Day 3. No perfect lighting, no editing. For the first month nobody cares, and that's fine. You're not posting for them. You're posting so you can't lie to yourself.

  • Quitting becomes public, so you don't
  • We're all documentarians of our own lives. Use it.
  • Public accountability pours petrol on the journey

This is your official sign to start Day 1 today.

Community

It's so much easier when you're not doing it alone.

The secret of Alcoholics Anonymous isn't the steps. It's the room. People who get it, who are on the same road, who notice when you go quiet.

That's what the club is. A room full of people on their own Day 12, Day 47, Day 103, cheering each other's posts and answering the questions you're too embarrassed to ask anywhere else.

  • People on the same journey, at every day count
  • Somewhere to ask anything, no judgement
  • If you stop posting, we check in

One day at a time

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.

Don't think about 150 days. Don't think about the goal weight. Think about today's post. That's it.

Getting through the first few days is the only hard part. By Day 5 you've got consistency, and consistency is momentum. Momentum turns into progress, and progress feels like happiness.

  • Only focus on today
  • Day 5 is the hump. Get over it.
  • Consistency = momentum

04
Food

If you love what you eat, you won't cheat.

Your favourite food is the one that makes you feel the best. Think about it. Ice cream, chocolate, the 11pm Uber Eats order. The regret and shame you feel the next morning tells you they're actually your least favourite foods.

So stock up on easy, filling food you genuinely enjoy. When you like your plate, there's nothing to cheat on.

  • Simple, high protein, keeps you full
  • Nothing you need a recipe book for
  • Full snack list and recipes inside the club
Easy + yummy + low cal
  • Eggs, any way you like ~70 cal each
  • Greek yoghurt pot ~120 cal
  • Air fryer chicken breast, 200g ~330 cal
  • Lean beef mince, 150g ~210 cal
  • Tin of tuna in springwater ~100 cal
  • Prawns, 200g ~200 cal
  • Beef jerky, 30g ~90 cal
  • Rump steak, 250g ~400 cal

Approximate. Always check your labels.

05
Calories

If you don't count it, you won't lose it.

Calories are the scoreboard. You can eat the cleanest food on the planet and still not lose weight if you're eating too much of it.

I eat about 2,000 calories every day, and for me that's meant 1 to 2kg a week. Everyone's busy, so we built the calculator and tracker to make counting take seconds, not minutes.

  • Work out your own daily number
  • One tap to log your usual foods
  • Copy your day straight into your post caption

= 1 to 2kg a week for me, starting at 180kg. Your number will be different. Work it out free.

06
Progress

Daily progress = happiness.

After a week of posting every day, something clicks. You feel locked in. Your day count becomes something you protect, and every post is proof you did what you said you'd do.

The day number goes up. The scale comes down. You stop hoping and start watching it happen.

  • A streak you don't want to break
  • Milestones worth celebrating
  • Sunday weigh-ins to see the trend

150 days. 1 square each. Locked in

Every white square is a day I posted. The dark ones are the days I cracked and came back.

07
Mindset

Discipline = freedom.

Discipline gets rid of the shame, the guilt, the hiding, the embarrassment. Junk food feels like pleasure, but it's really pain on a delay.

I know the loop too well. "Should I get Uber Eats?" Crack. Instant regret. "F***, I was 5 days in." Hiding it from my partner. Waking up disappointed. Not being able to feel good again until I strung a clean day together.

A moment on the lips, forever on the hips. The real pleasure is waking up proud.

  • No more hiding or lying about what you ate
  • No more waking up disappointed
  • Short term yummy, or long term proud. Pick one.

FAQ

Questions,
answered

What is the Daily Documentation Accountability Loop?

It's four steps you repeat every day: document and post, show up daily, stay accountable, keep going. Posting your day publicly makes it very hard to quietly quit. Do it for 5 days and it becomes momentum.

Do I have to do carnivore?

No. The club is about showing up and documenting every day. I eat mostly eggs, meat and yoghurt because it keeps me full and makes counting easy. Eat clean food you actually love and count your calories.

I'm shy. Do I have to show my face?

Not at all. Post your plate, your scale, your walk or your story card. Plenty of members start faceless and turn the camera around when they're ready.

What do I post on Day 1?

"Day 1 of giving up ultra-processed food." Talk to camera for 20 seconds about why you're starting. Don't edit it. Post it. Inside the club you get a prompt every day so you never have to think about it.

What if I miss a day or have a bad day?

You post the next day and keep going. Everyone cracks sometimes, me included. The club is there so a bad day doesn't turn into a bad month. If you go quiet, we'll check in.

How much is it, and can I cancel?

It's $10 a month through Skool. Cancel anytime from your Skool settings.

Where is my tracker data saved?

On your own phone or computer, in your browser. Nothing is sent to us and there's no login. Use the backup button in the tracker if you want to move it to another device.

Is this medical advice?

No. I'm not a doctor. I'm documenting what worked for me. Talk to your GP before making a big change to how you eat, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
